So instead, nip cravings and hunger in the bud by packing and nibbling on snacks regularly. Think ahead,plan ahead and bring your favorite fruit,pear or apple slices, a low cal high protein meal bar or just plain carrots and celery. Keep it simple,clean and fresh!
2) Make sure you workout while traveling!
