10 Tips for June 2014 Weight Loss (Disclaimer: Deprivation is not on this list)
1. Don’t deprive yourself of anything. Denying yourself any of your holiday favorites will just lead to binge eating later in the day. Allow yourself to eat a very small portion of those buttery mashed potatoes. That way, you won’t eat the entire bowl of leftovers after your guests leave.
2. Eat Slowly. Savor the food that you spent hours making! Take small bites and chew well!
